Preserving Freshness and Quality
We prioritize freshness by aiming to deliver orders as early as possible. Additionally, there are no same-day delivery charges. However, for perishable items such as flowers, chocolates, cakes, dates, and fruits, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any change in delivery date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in charges as follows:

International Shipping
At present, our delivery services are exclusively available within the UAE, covering areas such as Ajman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping services at this time.
In-House Delivery Fleet
To ensure reliability and efficiency, we operate our own fleet of delivery vans rather than relying on external partners. This allows us to maintain control over the entire delivery process, from dispatch to arrival.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Upon shipment, we provide tracking numbers for all orders. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches its destination. You will receive your tracking number via email for easy reference.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customerservice@deals.florist
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that any customs duties or taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We advise customers to familiarize themselves with relevant import regulations to avoid any unforeseen charges.
Resolution for Damaged or Defective Items

Undelivered Items
If you have not received your item within the expected timeframe, please contact us via email. We will promptly investigate the status of your order with our shipping department and delivery agent to ensure a resolution.
